Ingredients
- 5 avocados, ripe
- 2 Tbsp red onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp lime juice, fresh
- 1/2 jalopeno, medium, seeded and chopped
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 3/4 tsp salt
Directions

Cut avocados in half. Scoop pulp into a bowl, and mash with a fork until slightly chunky. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover with plastic, allowing wrap to touch mixture, and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
