Ingredients
- 8 oz. egg noodles
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 28-oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions. In large skillet, cook beef, onion, celery, and garlic over medium heat. Drain. Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper; mix well. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.

Drain noodles and stir into beef mixture. Heat through. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
