Ingredients
- 6 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup coconut, shredded
- 1/2 cup wheatgerm
- 3/4 cup powdered milk
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 cup mix of flaxseed, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds
- 2/3 cup honey
- 2/3 cup oil (coconut?)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions

Combine dry ingredients; mix honey, oil, water and vanilla. Add to dry mix. Spread into two greased 11×14 cookie sheets.

Bake at 350 for 17-20 minutes, stirring twice.

Cool in pans without stirring. Add dried fruit, if desired (raisins, craisins, etc.) Store in airtight container.
