Ingredients
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Melt cheese in milk, then simmer all ingredients 10-15 minutes, whisking often. Salt to taste.
