“Chicken Squares”

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 6 T margarine
  • 4 cups cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 4 T milk
  • 2 T chopped onion
  • 2 pkgs of 8 cresent rolls
  • Butter, melted
  • Bread crumbs
  • Cream of chicken soup or gravy

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese and margarine. Mix together, then add salt, pepper, milk, onion, and chicken. Mix all all together until well coated. Separate rolls into 4 squares/can. Fill each with chicken mixture in center. Fold in half, pinch edges. Brush top with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for w5 minutes.

  3. Heat soup/gravy. Top chicken squares with gravy when serving.
