Chocolate Coffee Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 large dark chocolate candy bar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 2 Tbsp coffee liquer
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • premade chocolate cookie crust
  • 1-1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp instant coffee
  • 1/4 cup Nutella

Directions

  1. Melt together first six ingredients, whisking over medium heat. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate to set.

  2. For the topping, mix together the last four ingredients using mixer. Use to top chilled pie.

  3. Top with chocolate puffed rice.
