Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- celery salt, pinch
- red pepper flakes, pinch
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- basil, ground, pinch
- salt, to taste
- 1 can chili beans
Directions

Cook garlic and onion in oil. Add ground beef and cook slowly. When all is brown, put in rest of ingredients; simmer. Add chili beans 15 minutes before serving.
