Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 8-oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 2 boxes instant pudding (butterscotch or chocolate)
- 3 cups milk, very cold
Directions

first 3 ingredients together and press in cake pan or pie plate. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Cool.

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip; spread on top of first layer.

Beat instant pudding mix and milk until smooth and spread on top of second layer. Top with Cool Whip and chopped pecans.

Can grate a chocolate bar over top.
