Caribbean Coffee

Ingredients

  • 3 cups strong black coffee
  • 2⁄3 cup dark rum
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons coconut extract
  • whipped cream

Directions

  1. Use a 2-quart slow cooker.

  2. Stir the coffee, rum, sugar, and extract together in the cooker.

  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours, or on HIGH for about 2 hours.

  4. Ladle into mugs and top with whipped cream, if desired.
