Thai Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • hot sauce to taste

Directions

  1. In bowl combine ingredients and 1/4 cup of onions and mix well

  2. Arrange chicken in baking dish and spoon sauce over chicken.

  3. Bake covered at 375F for 50 min. Sprinkle remaining onion on and serve
