Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- hot sauce to taste
Directions

In bowl combine ingredients and 1/4 cup of onions and mix well

Arrange chicken in baking dish and spoon sauce over chicken.

Bake covered at 375F for 50 min. Sprinkle remaining onion on and serve
