Vegetable Beef Onion Soup

Serves 16 people

Ingredients

  • 8 Cups Water
  • 2 Large Celery Stalks
  • 30 Baby Carrots
  • 1 Medium / Large Yellow Onion
  • 2 Medium / Large Potatoes
  • 2 14.4 oz Cans of Beef Chunks in Water
  • 1 Pkg Onion Soup Mix
  • 3 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Fill Stock Pot with water, seasonings, and soup mix, begin heating while performing next step.

  2. Cube Celery, Carrots, Onion, and Potatoes into soup friendly sizes. Add to Stock Pot, mix well.

  3. Open cans of Beef and add to sock pot (water in cans too – do not drain). Mix well.

  4. Simmer for at least 1-hour.
