Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2-3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
Directions

Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add in egg, milk and 2 Tbsp butter. Whisk from the center, slowly incorporating the flour. Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
