Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp milk

Directions

  1. Mix butter and chocolate. Stir in powdered sugar. Beat in vanilla and milk.

  2. (Can substitute 1/3 cup cocoa for chocolate. Or add 1-1/2 tsp instant coffee with the sugar for a mocha frosting)
