Briam

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • Zucchini
  • Carrots
  • Potatoes
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Tomato sauce
  • mushrooms
  • bechamel

Directions

  1. Add olive oil to a pan and place the cut up potatoes, zucchini and carrots into the pan.

  2. Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour, tossing once.

  3. In a pot saute the onions, garlic and mushrooms.

  4. Add the tomato sauce and stir

  5. Pour on top of the vegetables and bake until all vegetables are tender

  6. Remove and top with bechamel

  7. Return to oven and bake until top is brown
