Ingredients
- 4 quarts water
- 1 bottle of beer
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar or honey or molasses
- 2 T chili powder
- 2 T paprika
- 2 T cinnamon
- 2 slabs ribs
Directions

Put all the ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.

Simmer for 45-60 minutes.

Place ribs on a baking sheet and brush with barbeque sauce on both sides.

Grill over a medium hot fire turning a few times until they are glazed- 10 to 15 minutes.
