Ingredients
- White Sauce:
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 Cup half & half
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup flour.
- 6 Baked Potatoes (cooled, peeled and cubed)
- White Cheddar Cheese
Directions

Melt butter.

Add flour to make a paste.

Add paste to remaining ingredients.

Boil until mixture thickens (barely runny).

Toss baked potato cubes in white sauce.

Put into casserole dish.

Top with white cheddar cheese.

Bake until potatoes are bubbling and cheese is melted.
