Fiesta Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Salad Dressing Mix.
  • 1 can chopped green chilis
  • 1 can chopped black olives (with jalepno is available) OPTIONAL
  • 16 oz. Sour Creme
  • 2 Cups finely shredded mexican or cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Mix Salad Dressing mix with Sour Creme. Add in chopped green chilis (I use about half plus all the juice).

  2. Mix well.

  3. Add cheese and mix well again.

  4. Refrigerate and serve with tostito chips.
