Ingredients
- 16 oz. Creme Cheese
- 2 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheese
- 2 Cups Sour Creme
- 1 1/2 pkgs. Taco Seasoning
- 3 eggs
- 1 can chopped green chiles
- Topping:
- Chopped tomatoes
- Green onions
- Cilantro (optional)
- Lime Juice
- Chopped black olives
Directions

Beat creme cheese & cheddar cheese til fluffy.

Stir in 1 cup of sour creme & taco seasoning.

Beat in eggs, one at a time.

Fold in chiles.

Pour into 9 inch spring-form pan.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until center is firm.

Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes.

Spoon remaining cup of Sour Creme on top and return to oven for 5 minutes.

Remove & cool on wire rack for 1 hour.

Cover with foil & refrigerate.

Add toppings right before serving.
