Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 Cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/3 Cup minced onidon
- 1/4 Cup milk
- 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 bottle chili sauce (12 oz.)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbs. parsley
- 1 Tbs. Salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 Cup Shortening
- 1 Jar Grape Jelly (10 oz)
Directions

Mix beef, bread, onion, milk,egg, parsley, salt, pepper and worchestershire sauce. Gently shape into 1 inch balls.

Melt shortening in large skillet.

Brown meatballs and remove from skillet.

Pour off fat.

Heat chili sauce & jelly in skillet, stirring constantly until jelly melts.

Add meatballs.

Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
