Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 Cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1/3 Cup minced onidon
  • 1/4 Cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce
  • 1 bottle chili sauce (12 oz.)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbs. parsley
  • 1 Tbs. Salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Shortening
  • 1 Jar Grape Jelly (10 oz)

Directions

  1. Mix beef, bread, onion, milk,egg, parsley, salt, pepper and worchestershire sauce. Gently shape into 1 inch balls.

  2. Melt shortening in large skillet.

  3. Brown meatballs and remove from skillet.

  4. Pour off fat.

  5. Heat chili sauce & jelly in skillet, stirring constantly until jelly melts.

  6. Add meatballs.

  7. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
