Fran’s Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 Cup grated romanoff or parmesan cheese
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 slices bread soaked in water.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.

  2. Roll into meatballs.

  3. Brown meatballs

  4. Add into favorite sauce and simmer for 2 hours.
