Chicken Supreme

Ingredients
- 2 cups diced or shredded chicken
- 11/2 cups cooked diced celery
- 1 cup raw rice(cooked)
- 1 or 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 4 tablespoons chopped onion
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise(more if needed)
- 1 can sliced drained water chestnuts
- 1/2 to 1 cup slivered almonds
- salt to taste

Cook 4-6 boneless chicken breasts(have butcher leave skin on) for 45 min. or until tender. Remove chicken from broth and set aside.

Cook rice and celery in chicken broth. I use 1 cup uncooked rice to 2 cups liquid. If you do not have 2 cups of broth, add enough water to make 2 cups.

Combine all ingredients. Top with buttered breadcrumbs or cracker crumbs if desired. I sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
