Ingredients
- 2 lbs. koosa
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cup rice
- 2/3 cup ground beef
- 1 T. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. mixed spices
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- hot water
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T. dried mint
Directions

Hollow out squash, leaving shell intact.

Hollow out 2 tomatoes, slice the third.

Mix meat, rice, butter and spices.

Stuff meat and rice mixture into squash shells and tomato shells.

Arrange squash and tomato shells in pressure cooker.

Mix hot water and tomato sauce. Pour over shells.

Add slice tomatoes, garlic, and salt and pepper.

Close pressure cooker and cook on med. hi.

Cook 8-10 minutes with rocker at full.

Sprinkle mint on top of koosa.
