Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef, cubed
- 1 medium cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1.5 cups oil
- 2 cups rice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 T. allspice
- Pine nuts or slivered almonds
- Yogurt
Directions

Boil meat in a covered pot for 30 minutes. Reserve broth.

Fry cauliflower florets until browned. Drain on paper towels.

Mix spices together in small dish.

Place beef in bottom of large, dry pot. Sprinkle with half the spices.

Place cauliflower florets on top of beef. Sprinkle with remaining spices.

Pour rice over beef and cauliflower evenly.

Cover with broth, adding water if necessary.

Cook covered on low until dry.

Fry nuts until brown.

Invert rice and beef on platter. Sprinkle with nuts.

Serve with yogurt.
