Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs. round steak
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 T. mustard
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. beef bouillon
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
Directions

Combine garlic, pepper, salt, chili powder, and mustard.

Coat meat with mixture and cut into strips

Place in slow cooker.

Stir in onions, salsa and bouillon.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Add kidney beans and cook 30 min. on high.

Serve with Tex-Mex Rice.
