M’sakkhan

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 lbs. onions, sliced
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cinnamon
  • Sumac
  • Pine nuts
  • Olive oil
  • Very thin Arabic bread

Directions

  1. Fry onions in olive oil on low heat until browned.

  2. Bake chicken breasts with salt, pepper and cinnamon.

  3. Shred chicken.

  4. Mix onions with 1/2 tsp. sumac.

  5. Combine chicken and onions and pine nuts.

  6. Roll mixture up in thin bread and brush with olive oil.

  7. Bake until crisp.
