Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 lbs. onions, sliced
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cinnamon
- Sumac
- Pine nuts
- Olive oil
- Very thin Arabic bread
Directions

Fry onions in olive oil on low heat until browned.

Bake chicken breasts with salt, pepper and cinnamon.

Shred chicken.

Mix onions with 1/2 tsp. sumac.

Combine chicken and onions and pine nuts.

Roll mixture up in thin bread and brush with olive oil.

Bake until crisp.
