Bezella

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. stew meat
  • 1 T. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 bag peas and carrots

Directions

  1. Brown onions in butter until soft.

  2. Add meat and brown.

  3. Stir in spices and cook 5 minutes.

  4. Add peas and carrots and tomatoes.

  5. Cover with water and bring to boil.

  6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until meat is tender.

  7. Serve over rice.
