Boston Cream Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3.4ox pkg vanilla pudding
  • 1c cold milk
  • 1 1/2c cool whip
  • 4 1oz squares semi-sweet baking chocolate

Directions

  1. Make cupcakes. Cut tops off cupcakes.

  2. Mix pudding with milk and set aside for 5 min.

  3. Stir 1/2c cool whip into pudding. Spoon 1T onto each cupcake.

  4. Combine remaining cool whip and chocolate and micro. for 1 min. Stir and micro at 30 sec intervals until smooth. Frost cupcakes.
