Greek Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1/2 c chopped onion
  • 2 t oregano leaves
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 3 c beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 T tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 c uncooked pasta
  • 1 1/2 c fresh spinach
  • 3/4 c crumbled feta, divided

Directions

  1. Brown meat and onions

  2. Add spices and mix well

  3. Stir in broth, tomatoes and paste

  4. Bring to boil then add pasta

  5. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 10 min

  6. Stir in spinach and 1/2 c feta

  7. Cover and cook 5 more min until pasta al dente

  8. Top with remaining feta
