- Bring to boil or 4 1/2 minutes in microwave:
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 3/4 c vinegar
- 1/2 c oil
- 1 tbl water
- 1 c diced celery
- 1 c green beans
- 1 c small peas (or cook slightly if use frozen)
- 1 c white shoe peg corn
- small amount green onions
- small amount green pepper
- small amount red pepper (mango)
