Pork Tenderlion in Spiced Bourbon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c Kentucky Bourbon
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1/4 brown sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 c Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c vegetable oil
  • 1 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 t powdered ginger
  • 2 lbs pork tenderloins

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except pork.

  2. Place tenderloin and marinade in glass dish overnight.

  3. Grill for 15-25 min until pork has reached 165 degrees and has just l0st its pinkness.

  4. Baste often while cooking.

  5. This can also be broiled 6 inches from heat for 16-18 minutes
