Small Potatoes with Cheesy Toppings

Ingredients

  • 20 small new potatoes or fingerlings
  • 2 oz olive oil
  • Course slat
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 1 oz blue cheese or feta or cream cheese
  • 2 t chopped fresh chives

Directions

  1. Preheat 350

  2. Oil and salt potatoes

  3. Spread out potatoes on baking sheet

  4. Bake 45 min until tender.

  5. Mix cheese toppings in a bowl

  6. Pierce potatoes in a cross and fill with toppings.
