- Course slat
- 4 oz sour cream
- 1 oz blue cheese or feta or cream cheese
- 2 t chopped fresh chives

Oil and salt potatoes

Spread out potatoes on baking sheet

Bake 45 min until tender.

Mix cheese toppings in a bowl
