Coney Island Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 T. cayenne pepper
  • 2 T. chili powder
  • 1 T. Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • Water
  • 2 T. cornstarch

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef, onions, garlic and salt.

  2. Add cayenne, chili powder, and hot sauce.

  3. Cover with water. Simmer 3 hours.

  4. Thicken with cornstarch.
