Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- 2 T. cayenne pepper
- 2 T. chili powder
- 1 T. Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- Water
- 2 T. cornstarch
Directions

Brown ground beef, onions, garlic and salt.

Add cayenne, chili powder, and hot sauce.

Cover with water. Simmer 3 hours.

Thicken with cornstarch.
