Roasted Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 head garlic
- 1/2 c red wine vinegar
- 1/3 c EVOO
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano
- 3-4 dried red chili peppers, crushed
- Kosher salt
- 4 lb chicken, cut up
- Pita bread (optional)
Directions

Mince 1 clove garlic; smash the rest.

Combine garlic with vinegar, EVOO, oregano, chiles and 1 tsp salt in large bowl.

Add chicken and toss to coat.

Cover and refridgerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

eheat oven to 450.

Arrange chicken in a roasting pan.

Roast until cooked through and golden, about 30 minutes.

Garnish with oregano.

Brush pita bread with pan dripping to serve with chicken.
