Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 4 oz jar diced pimentos, drained
- 1 can artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 1/2 c mayo
- 4 oz can diced green chiles (or jalepenos)
- 4 oz (or more) monterey jack, cubed
- 1 1/2 c grated fresh parmesan
Directions

Mix all ingredients together in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle top with parmesan. Bake unconvered at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or bread.
