Breakfast Pizza

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 1 roll crescent dough
  • 1 c hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan

Directions

  1. Brown sausage.

  2. Drain and pat dry.

  3. Spread dough in pizza pan.

  4. Add meat and potatoes.

  5. Whip eggs with milk and pour over the top.

  6. Add salt and pepper.

  7. Sprinkle parmesan on top.

  8. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
