Neapolitan dessert

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon ice cream, neapolitan or a favorite flavor
  • Semisweet chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
  • Chunky chocolate shavings

Directions

  1. Cut carton off of ice cream and refreeze until hardened.

  2. Pour chocolate over the top and let it drip down the sides. Refreeze once more.

  3. Arrange on platter and scatter shavings on top and around it.
