Ham Broccoli Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 slices bread (something good)
  • 10 oz pkg frozen broccoli, cooked
  • 2 c cubed ham, cooked
  • 3 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 3 1/2 c milk
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard

Directions

  1. Remove crust and dice bread into 1/2" cubes.

  2. Layer bread, broccoli, ham, cheese and onion in greased 3 quart casserole.

  3. Repeat layers.

  4. Mix eggs, milk and mustard together and pour over all.

  5. Put in refridgerator overnight.

  6. Bake at 325 for 55-60 minutes.
