Crock Pot Chicken Taco Stew

Cook time: 60 minutes
Serves 8 people
Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can pinto or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can sweet or white corn, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chilis
- 1 pkg. low sodium taco seasoning
- 3-4 cups low sodium chicken broth
Directions

Place frozen chicken breasts at bottom of crock pot, closest to the heating element.

Mix taco seasoning with broth (3-4 cups depending on how thick you like you soup/stew).

Add remaining ingredients.

Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 1 hour.

After cooking shred chicken in pot and serve.
