Ingredients
- 4 lbs. confectioners sugar
- 4 sticks butter (softened to room temperature)
- 3 Cups chopped pecans
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg dark chocolate chips
- 1 stick parafin
- KENTUCKY Bourbon
Directions

Place chopped nuts in bowl and cover them 3/4 of the way with bourbon. Allow to soak at least overnight.

Mix sugar and butter, add nuts and then chill about 1 hour (at least).

Form into small balls. Chill again for 3 to 4 hours (or overnight — can even place in freezer).

Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in top of double boiler.

Take a plastic fork and break off middle two tines. Place a ball into melted chocolate and use plastic fork to “lift” balls out of chocolate. Place on parchment paper. Chocolate should harden almost immediately.

Can store in freezer or refrigerator.
