Ingredients
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 t minced garlic
- 1 c half n half
- 1/4 c cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c freshly grated Parmesan
- Spice add ins, 1/2 t of one of the following
- parsley
- nutmeg
- cajun seasoning (ex. Tony Chachere's)
- italian seasoning mix
Directions

Saute garlic in butter for a minute

Add half n half, bring to simmer

Add cream cheese, whisk til smooth

Add parm in small batches, whisking til melted

Add in spice of choice
