Honey Bun Cake

- CAKE:
- 1 18-1/4 oz. box yellow cake mix
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 8-oz. container sour cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 t. cinnamon
- POWDERED SUGAR GLAZE:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 T. milk
- 1/2 t. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13×9 inches, with shortening; lightly flour.

Make cake mix using oil, eggs, and sour cream. Spread half the batter in the pan. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter in pan. Carefully spread remaining batter evenly over filling.

Bake about 45 minutes or until deep golden brown. Prick surface of warm cake several times with fork. Drizzle powdered sugar glaze over cake. Run knife around pan to loosen cake. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

For glaze: stir ingredients together until smooth enough to pour, adding additional milk if necessary, 1 teaspoon at a time.
