Jif Chocolate Angel Food Cake

Ingredients

  • 7 cups angel food cake, torn into 1" cubes
  • PEANUT BUTTER FILLING
  • 1 5-oz. box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • CHOCOLATE FILLING
  • 1 6-oz. box chocolate instant pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • Whipped topping

Directions

  1. For peanut butter filling: combine vanilla pudding mix, milk, and Jif. Process until well blended.

  2. For chocolate filling: combine chocolate pudding mix and milk in a bowl. Beat at low speed until well blended.

  3. Place 3 cups cake cubes in bottom of a glass bowl. Pour half peanut butter filling over cake. Pour half chocolate filling over peanut butter filling. Repeat layers. Cover with plastic wrap.

  4. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped topping.
