Potted Ham

Makes 1 jar, can be kept in the fridge for up to a week

Ingredients
- 250g cooked ham
- 50g butter
- pinch of ground mace
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions

Whizz the ham in a food processor until finely chopped. Melt the butter with the spices. Transfer the ham into a small pot or jar and pour over the butter. Leave to set and cover.
