Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces light cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach
  • 15 ounes artichoke hearts
  • 1 tablespoon parmesean cheese

Directions

  1. Thaw spinach in microwave.

  2. Drain off excess water.

  3. In large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and mozzarella cheese with spinach and minced artichoke hearts.

  4. Add in garlic powder.

  5. Spread in casserole dish.

  6. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
