Ingredients
- 18 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon butter, at room temperature
- Pinch of salt
Directions

Place chips in medium metal bowl.

Bring cream, just to a boil in a sauce pan.

Pour cream over chips.

Add butter and a pinch of salt.
