Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 18 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon butter, at room temperature
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Place chips in medium metal bowl.

  2. Bring cream, just to a boil in a sauce pan.

  3. Pour cream over chips.

  4. Add butter and a pinch of salt.

  5. Whisk until smooth
