Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions

Bring cream and vanilla bean to a slow boil.

Allow to cool slightly.

Blend egg yolks and sugar together until small ribbons form.

Gradually add warm cream, stirring constantly, over medium heat until well incorporated.

Strain through small mesh.
