Crock Pot Stuffing
(from dennis.reb’s recipe box)
One 12 ounce bag of Pepperidge Farm breadcrumbs equals six cups

Ingredients
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 8 ounces of mushrooms
- 12 - 13 cups of bread crumbs
- 2 - 2 1/2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon pountry seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
Directions

Saute onions, celery, parsley, and mushrooms in a small about of butter.

Pour over bread and add remaining ingredients.

Place in crock pot.

Cook on high for 45 minutes.

Then turn temp down to low and cook for 4 -8 hours.
