Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 ounce dried mushrooms
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 medium diced onion
- 1/3 cup brown rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
Directions

Heat oil and sautee onion until caramel brown. Stir in mushrooms and rice.

Add wine and chicken broth.

Allow to simmer until rice is tender.
