Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate or chocolate fudge cake mix
- Cream Layer:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or marg.
- 2/3 cup Crisco shortening
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 small can (5oz.) evaporated milk
- Frosting Layer:
- 1 can “ready to spread” chocolate frosting

Prepare according to directions on box in a 9×13 or larger pan and let cool.

Combine all cream layer ingredients and beat medium to high for ten 10 min. – spread on cooled cake.

Microwave frsting for 30-40 sec. to soften and stir – then pour/spread over cream layer.
