Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 30-oz. can pumpkin pie mix
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 t. molasses
- 1 frozen deep dish pie crust
Directions

Slightly beat eggs in large mixing bowl. Stir in pumpkin. Add milk, pumpkin pie spice, and molasses. Blend thoroughly. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Continue baking for 50-65 minutes or until knife inserted 2" from center comes out clean.
